If you’re wondering why I haven’t posted in a week, it’s because I was too busy offline engaging with my Tarot community, those wonderful folks I only get to see once a year at the Readers Studio. I don’t think I got more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep each night, but that didn’t seem nearly as important as listening, talking, learning, reading cards and having loads of fun.
It was an emotional week that included a pilgrimage to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, gathering blossoms outside the hotel on May Morning, and witnessing the end of Osama bin Laden in the city he attempted to destroy.
I’m still absorbing the epiphanies that came my way (the Explorer of Air made several appearances in my personal readings, as did the Elder of Fire). I expect to write about those a bit later. For now, here’s a few photos, and many more on Facebook here and here and here. (Public links; you don’t need to be on FB to see them.)

i’m so proud of my magician! What a great experience – even as just a witness!
So lovely!
I am really looking forward to going to World Tarot Congress next year!
Thanks for sharing the photos, Joanna!
So great to spend time with you and Joanne, Tammy! Pietra, how great you will be at the World Tarot Congress. I will finally get to meet you in person! 😀
Thanks for great pictures to keep the memories strong!
